Where multiple Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may also be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. neon69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify neon69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
neon69 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered Accounts. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at the Company's discretion, you may be required to submit the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, Account closure.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting neon69 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you following completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing period. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account that is registered in your name and matches the name on your verified KYC profile. neon69 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ. The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification in cases where fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or unexplained large transactions are suspected.

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. neon69 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.
neon69 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

Promotions are available to eligible Players as defined on each promotion page. neon69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
